Sonendo is on a mission to change the way people think about root canals with its GentleWave® Procedure, a revolutionary technology for root canal therapy that simplifies the procedure process for clinicians, minimizes pain for patients and helps save natural teeth. Sonendo tasked Crowe PR with amplifying awareness of the procedure, with a focus on reaching clinicians and patients. In response, Crowe developed a robust public relations strategy that included earned and paid media efforts and close collaboration with Sonendo’s overall marketing and social campaigns. Crowe aimed to secure media placements and impressions to increase brand awareness, encouraging clinicians to purchase the GentleWave System for their practices and urging patients to seek out dental professionals who use it.
